We Are Hiring: SAP CRM Consultant

We are looking for a skilled SAP CRM Consultant with experience in SAP CRM ECC 6.0 to join our team. In this role, you will work on implementing and supporting SAP CRM solutions specifically for sales, marketing, and service modules, focusing on older versions of SAP CRM (not S4 HANA).

Duties & Responsibilities

Examples of duties and responsibilities include:

• Implement and support SAP CRM solutions for sales, marketing, and service modules.

• Configure and customize CRM processes and functionalitiesto meet business needs.

• Work closely with business teams to define requirementsand deliver effective CRM solutions.

• Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and resolve any issues within SAP CRM processes.

• Provide end-user training and create documentation for SAP CRM functionalities and processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in SAP CRM ECC 6.0(working on older versions, not S4 HANA).

• Strong knowledge and experience in SAP CRM modules related to sales, marketing, and service.

• Experience in configuring and customizing CRM processes to meet specific business requirements.

• Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide efficient system testing for SAP CRM functionalities.

• Ability to provide end-user training and create clear, user-friendly documentation.

• Onsite work in Delhi, India.

• Notice period: Immediate to 15 days.
