We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive DevOps Engineer to support our expansion and continual growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing Kubernetes environments, including helm chart administration, and providing advanced DevOps solutions using AWS. This role requires excellent client communication skills and the ability to handle Tier 1 support chats effectively.
Examples of duties and responsibilities include:
Administer and manage Kubernetes environments, focusing on helm chart configurations and deployments.
Efficient with the Docker Containers and Github Actions.
Utilize advanced DevOps practices on AWS to develop, deploy, and maintain robust cloud infrastructure.
Work directly with clients, providing first-level support and maintaining high standards of communication and service.
Operate during designated US hours (10PM IST to 6AM IST), ensuring availability for client needs and team collaboration.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the stability and security of deployments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement practices, enhance system capabilities, and drive innovation.
Proven experience in Kubernetes and helm chart administration.
Advanced knowledge of AWS services and DevOps practices.
Excellent communication skills with fluency in English for client interactions and support.
Experience in handling Tier 1 support chats and resolving client issues efficiently.
Ability to work night shifts (10PM to 6AM IST) to match US business hours.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Certification in Kubernetes Administration (CKA) and/or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer.
Prior experience working in a remote environment serving international clients.
