DevOps Engineer

Duties & Responsibilities

Examples of duties and responsibilities include:

• Administer and manage Kubernetes environments, focusing on helm chart configurations and deployments.
• Efficient with the Docker Containers and Github Actions.
• Utilize advanced DevOps practices on AWS to develop, deploy, and maintain robust cloud infrastructure.
• Work directly with clients, providing first-level support and maintaining high standards of communication and service.
• Operate during designated US hours (10PM IST to 6AM IST), ensuring availability for client needs and team collaboration.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the stability and security of deployments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement practices, enhance system capabilities, and drive innovation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Kubernetes and helm chart administration.
• Advanced knowledge of AWS services and DevOps practices.
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English for client interactions and support.
• Experience in handling Tier 1 support chats and resolving client issues efficiently.
• Ability to work night shifts (10PM to 6AM IST) to match US business hours.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Kubernetes Administration (CKA) and/or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer.
• Prior experience working in a remote environment serving international clients.
