Position Overview:
We are looking for an HR Executive with 2 to 4 years of experience to support our HR department in managing day-to-day operations and strategic HR initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR practices, particularly in talent acquisition, exceptional communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Conduct initial interviews and support hiring managers in candidate selection.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and external recruitment agencies.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and documentation.
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Assist in resolving employee issues and conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
- Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Prepare and process HR documents, including employment contracts, performance evaluations, and leave requests.
- Support the development and implementation of training programs.
- Track and evaluate training effectiveness and employee progress.
- Assist in the performance appraisal process, including monitoring and documentation.
- Provide support in identifying training needs and development opportunities.
- Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding compensation and benefits.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in an HR role, with a focus on talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
