Position Overview:

We are looking for an HR Executive with 2 to 4 years of experience to support our HR department in managing day-to-day operations and strategic HR initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR practices, particularly in talent acquisition, exceptional communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

    Talent Acquisition:
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
    • Conduct initial interviews and support hiring managers in candidate selection.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and external recruitment agencies.
    • Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and documentation.
    Employee Relations:
    • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed.
    • Assist in resolving employee issues and conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
    • Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
    HR Administration:
    • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
    • Prepare and process HR documents, including employment contracts, performance evaluations, and leave requests.
    Training & Development:
    • Support the development and implementation of training programs.
    • Track and evaluate training effectiveness and employee progress.
    Performance Management:
    • Assist in the performance appraisal process, including monitoring and documentation.
    • Provide support in identifying training needs and development opportunities.
    Compensation & Benefits:
    • Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
    • Respond to employee inquiries regarding compensation and benefits.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in an HR role, with a focus on talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
