DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and reliable infrastructure using Terraform.

• Automate system configurations and deployments using Ansible.

• Collaborate with development teams to streamline the CI/CD pipeline.

• Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure issues to ensure high availability and performance using tools like Grafana and Prometheus.

• Manage virtual machines (VMs) and deploy applications using Kubernetes and Docker across AWS and Azure environments.

• Proficient in using Jenkins for continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD).

• Hands-on experience in creating and managing Jenkins Pipelines using various Jenkins plugins to automate and streamline workflows.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven experience in DevOps roles, including expertise in Terraform, Ansible, CircleCI, and Python scripting.

• In-depth knowledge of containerization technologies, particularly Docker for application deployment.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset to work effectively in team environments.

Must-Have Skills:

• Terraform: Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation using Terraform.
• Ansible: Hands-on experience with automating tasks, system configurations, and deployments.
• Python Scripting: Proficiency in writing scripts for automation, monitoring, and other DevOps tasks.
• CI/CD Pipeline: Familiarity with CircleCI and experience with GitHub Actions or Jenkins is required.
• Containerization: Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes is essential.
• SonarQube knowledge will be a plus.
• Solid understanding of Apache, Nginx, SSL certificates, and Linux systems.
• Redis and Kafka experience will be considered an advantage.
