Sr. Full Stack MERN Developer

Duties & Responsibilities

Examples of duties and responsibilities include:

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end MERN stack applications.
• Lead the development of microservices architecture for low-latency applications.
• Develop and implement DevOps practices for continuous integration and delivery.
• Work on blockchain or AI projects (if applicable) to integrate with existing systems.
• Lead and mentor a team of 4-5 developers, providing technical guidance and support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure high performance, scalability, and security of applications.
• Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and sprint planning.
• Drive best practices in software development, including software architecture and SDLC methodologies.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, both formally and technically.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in MERN stack development.
• Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and experience in building low-latency applications.
• Experience with blockchain or AI projects is a plus.
• Proficient in DevOps tools and practices (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Azure, AWS).
• Familiarity with MLOps concepts and tools is a plus.
• Proven leadership experience, having led a team of 4-5 developers in previous projects.
• Excellent communication skills, both formal and technical.
• Ability to build software architecture and drive technical discussions.
• Understanding of SDLC methodologies and best practices.
• Expertise in JavaScript, both in frontend (React.js, Next.js) and backend (Node.js, Express.js).
• Experience with messaging systems like Kafka.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools like SonarQube and Grafana.

Salary & Compensation
