We are seeking an energetic, responsible sales executive to join our growing organization.You will be responsible for pursuing leads in our database as well as discovering new prospects through marketing techniques, digital marketing, and social media.

- Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property.
- Meet with clients and prospects interested in properties to offer them real estate deals.
- Facilitate arrangements to give buyers the view of a property before concluding a sales deal.
- Coordinating the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payment received.
- Provide periodic reports to management on sales operations and generated returns using CRM systems.
- Act as intermediaries liaising between property sellers and prospective buyers to facilitate property deals
Mumbai

The Ideal Candidate
- Experience: 6 months to 2 years
- Education and Training: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, finance, marketing, or any other related field.
- Negotiation Skills: Well versed in conducting property price negotiations to reach a profitable bargain
- Communication Skills: Should be adept at interacting with property sellers, prospective buyers, and department staff to coordinate the sale of real estate
- Organizational Skills: Should be able to manage several projects and mediate between property buyers and sellers.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
